For Internet Explorer, you can disable the pop-up window by one of these methods.

1. While pressing Ctrl key, click on [Contact/Help]'s link.
   This will temporarily disable the pop-up window.
2. On the Tools menu, select Pop-up Blocker, then click Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
